A 75cl bottle of our still rosé wine. This premium, English rosé is made using top quality grapes from West Sussex, England.
- Appearance: A clear, bright, pale rosé with a slight copper tone, indicative of a gentle pressing
- Nose: Raspberry, Strawberry, red apple, red cherry, subtle floral, pink grapefruit orange zest
- Taste: strawberry and raspberry come through first with the citrus freshness of grapefruit and lemons. Red apples help balance the profile. It’s rounded off with a wet stone and floral quality.
- Blend: 94% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Meunier
- Pairings: Delicious with seafood like prawns and salmon but equally well paired with, chicken. Perfectly paired with a BBQ. Also complex enough to hold its own as an aperitif.
